How many times can I download each file?

You can download each file a total of three (3) times.

The digital lesson folder included with your lesson pack contains an "html" file. Once you double click on this file, you'll find the following content:


Full Performance Recording

Accompaniment Recording

Choreography Video (if available)

Student Resource (Singer Page)

Teacher Resources (Lesson Plan, Piano Accompaniment)

This offline digital lesson file provides you with a full-color, projectable lesson that can be used with an interactive whiteboard or a computer to projector.

If I can't find what I need, does that mean you don't have it?

No. Try using different search terms or browsing in our categories under title, writer, subject/theme, voicing, etc. If you still can't find what you are looking for, please know that we are continually adding songs and lesson to the site. Check back soon and the perfect lesson may be waiting for you.

Why can't I see anything in my Shopping Cart?

In order for the shopping cart to work, your browser must be set up to accept cookies. If your computer won't accept cookies, our server can't keep track of who you are or what you're ordering.

What is a cookie and why do you use them?

Cookies are tiny files that Music Express Downloads sends to your browser and that are stored on your computer. They help the website keep track of the contents of your shopping basket and your currency preferences. They are completely harmless.

What cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

I'm worried about the security of my credit card details.

No need to be:

  1. We employ the strongest encryption currently available (128K).
  2. We transmit your card details directly to the bank for authorization when you place your order, so no one at Music Express Downloads sees them.

I'm worried about the privacy of my information. Is it safe with you?

Absolutely. We adhere to the Data Protection Act. Read our Privacy Policy.

Why has my order been declined?

You probably filled in some of your details incorrectly. Check the following details and try again:

  1. State/Province, Zip Code, and Phone Number are required for U.S. and Canadian billing addresses.
  2. Invalid email address: We need a valid email address from you in order to inform you of your order's progress. It must contain one "@" symbol.
  3. Credit Card Details: Check that you've entered the same name and number as they appear on your card. Make sure you enter an expiration date.

Try your details again. If your order is still declined, email downloads@musicexpressmagazine.com.

Why doesn't my Interactive Lesson Pak include a choreography video?

Not every lesson song in Music Express has a choreography video. Most piano accompaniment pages will include movement suggestions as notes above the vocal lines. For ideas on how to create your own choreography, check out these publications by John Jacobson:

Do I have to be a Music Express subscriber to use these Lesson Paks in my classroom?

No. Because these singer pages have appeared in previous magazines, some may have language referring to Music Express subscribers. For a full explanation of your rights of use after purchasing a downloadable Lesson Pak, refer to our Terms & Conditions.
